 LP Fastener System*, including Bolt, Washer and Nut, utilize the conversion of Radial force into Axial thrust force on the specially designed six slopes of the products contact surfaces to create consistent fasten-out torque. As well a further six indentations on the underside of the Washer are designed to provide a superior grip to the surface of the Fastened To item which increases the thrust Force to ensure Best Lock.
Further an available two slotted Washer requires a specially designed Socket Tool for the removal of the Fastener System it can not be loosened using traditional sockets.
These features put together in one system ensure the secure locking of the system in applications where vibrations or everyday use, as well as high tempurature or pressure require, a secure system.
